Story behind the Photo: Commentary

In going back through some of our most defining moments as photographers has been so wonderful I hope to be able to continue as so many of you have touched our lives in such positive ways and we thank you for that. As photographers you are also touched by the loved ones that are not with us.  We have had so many videos throughout the years that show the joy our family was experiencing on such a wonderful day. One such video was in 2003 when Janice and Greg Williams were married. Three days after their wedding day they were on their way to their honeymoon when they received the call that Greg’s mother had passed away. We later found out that our images were the last images captured. If you had a chance to see the last images in such a happy manner I guess that would be it.  

I don’t mean to be a downer today but so many times we learn of people passing just days, weeks or months after the wedding and it really makes us realize the fragility of life and how we should appreciate every moment with have.
