I have alway loved the look of infrared photography wherein all of the visible light is filtered out and what is left is the spectrum that is not visible to humans. I had actually tried doing infrared a few years back at weddings but it was so cumbersome to create. Because infrared is such a small band of light a lot of it is needed to expose the image enough for a proper photo. I now have a great option for infrared capture that will make it much easier to do. Here are a few from around Northville. The first image is the actual infrared light prior to conversion black and white. The second image is similar but captured in Black & White.
