There are these times when life just smacks you in the face. It could be the first time you realized this could be the love of my life or held your first child or accomplished something you didn’t think possible. Why I love weddings is summed up in Carlee and Matt wedding day. From the statuesque beauty of Carlee to her fathers first look to Matt’s Mother’s speech, these moments are fleeting and come in a blink of an eye. My philosophy has always been to never miss a moment since these moments will be even more important in 20 to 30 years from now when some of the most important people in our lives may no longer be with us.Continue reading “Carlee & Matt Gaidica are Married at St. Florian in Hamtramck and reception at Plum Hollow, Southfield on 8/28/2021.”
Back at our home church in St. Edith, how things have changed yet stayed the same. But enough about us, This was was incredible despite a few set backs the day before. Everything turned out amazing and Lisa & Corey were so wonderful to work with.Continue reading “Lisa & Corey’s St. Edith wedding ceremony and Laurel Manor reception in Livonia Michigan on August 21, 2021”
The Lazy J is such a unique location for a wedding however beware it can get warm on a 90 + degree day. There are so many great locations for photos although I wish the corn field was still up directly behind the barns. So many wonderful people to work with and such an amazing day.Continue reading “Krystal & Brandon wedding ceremony and reception at the Lazy J in Milford Michigan on August 20, 2021”
Kerry & Austin, Such a crazy / wet day. With so much rain it was such a challenge to capture the photos we did but Kerry and Austin were game for any chancing as we walked Heritage Park. It seemed the weather cooperated until the same day edit was about to be played. The tent provided little relief from the wind as the screen kept blowing over so we projected to the roof of the tent. All would have been great except the speaker decided to go out from the moisture. Handheld mic through the DJ ended up providing the sound.
Katie and I loved being apart of this incredible wedding day, thank you for allowing us to be such an important part.Continue reading “Kerry & Austin, Taylor Conservatory Wedding and Reception on June 25, 2021”
