Historic Mill Race Village – is located in Downtown Northville Michigan. It is comprised of historic buildings that originally were located in Northville and moved to this location. It is a very scenic location and provide a lot of architectural photo opportunities for photographers.
The Northville Historic Society does require a permit to photograph or videotape on the grounds.
The building are open typically through the spring summer and fall months on Sunday’s from 1pm to 4pm. The staff is very knowledgeable about the structures and take great pride in maintaining the grounds.
We love Mill Race Village as it is only about a 1/4 mile from our studio.
